has been practicing law in Florida since 1963 when he was admitted to the Florida Bar after receiving his LLB from the University of Florida. His LLB was replaced with a JD in 1968.

Mr. Parker is a fifth generation Floridian with over 35 years of experience in civil litigation encompassing all areas of personal injury, including medical malpractice, product liability, civil rights litigation, wrongful death, premises liability, and insurance litigation. He is admitted to practice law in all U.S. District Courts in Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He has been an active member of the Orange County and American Bar Associations, where he served as Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association Grievance Committee, and Torts and Insurance Practice Committees. He is also a member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and The American Board of Trial Advocates.

As a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Parker has served on numerous committees such as the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section, Insurance Committee, and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Florida Bar Advocacy Program. He also served as a committee member on behalf of The Florida Bar on the Governor's Task Force on Tort Reform. Mr. Parker has attained an AV rating, the highest rating afforded by Martindale-Hubbell, and has also been honored by his peers and the judiciary by being designated in the publication, The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in representation of individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful death, civil rights, and insurance litigation throughout the State of Florida.


Mark P. Cressman is a second generation Floridian. He began his practice of law in Florida in 1994. Since he first began practicing law, Mr. Cressman has limited his practice to matters involving serious injuries arising from medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, personal injury and wrongful death.

Having been a native of South Florida, he began his medical malpractice career with a defense firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Since 1996 Mr. Cressman has focused on the litigation of medical malpractice and civil rights claims. In 2002, Mr. Cressman relocated to the Central Florida area where he was a partner in a medical malpractice defense firm.

In 2004, Mr. Cressman joined the Law Offices of E. Clay Parker, where he now limits his practice to representing victims and their families who have been injured, or have lost loved ones, as the result of negligence in the form of medical malpractice, defective products, personal injury and nursing home abuse throughout Florida.

Mr. Cressman is a graduate of the University of Florida; and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1994. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Florida, including all United States Districts Courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Cressman is married and has two children.
